You are invited to join a group of women who are ready to make changes in their lives and ready now to move into this new era with workable tools to be empowered to live fuller lives. A limited number will be accepted for this class intensive.

All of these questions and more are studied and explored during a day of learning in a relaxed atmosphere and shared with

Taught by Sandra Helton who has developed the technique for finding and identifying the underlying factors that cause certain behaviors that interfere with a happier life and how to bring greater balance. Rev. Sandra Helton is a Spiritualist minister and professional astrologer with over 20 years of experience applying the principles and natural laws of Spiritualism; doing research and working with clients in a psychology based astrological consultation service.
The full day intensives are from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. with a lunch break at noon.

About Sandra Helton
Your teacher, Sandra Helton, studied mediumship and psychic development with Anne Gehman, the Spiritual Research Society and the NSAC. She is a Spiritualist minister serving the SCSCMA in Central Florida where she resides.
Sandra teaches introduction to advanced classes and workshops. She believes that everyone is both psychic and mediumistic.
Quoting Sandra:
“To be psychic is the natural instinctual self that is part of everyone. We are all, also, mediumistic. It is natural as we are spirits still in our earthly bodies and we communicate all the time with one another here on the earth plane.
